Hello , guys I am facing a problem whenever i am writing dvc commands like dvc add or dvc repro

I think your installation is corrupted and is still pulling old sqlite-feedstock, maybe because you are still using anaconda which has that faulty sqlite installed?

Please try alternative installation method.

i made the local virtual enviroment

But the sqlite comes from your Python/anaconda installation.

Also remove Repo.site_cache_dir directory (which is C:\ProgramData\iterative\dvc\Cache\repo\c805437b23857665499fed4ea9deb7aa in your case) to be safe from the above sqlite installation.
