Cannot open saved tracker; exception is thrown

I saved this tracker and loading it back causes an exception:

An exception was thrown while activating OpenTracker.ViewModels.PinnedLocations.Notes.PinnedLocationNoteAreaVM

Removing the PinnedLocations attribute allows it to be loaded.

This is on 1.8.5.
