Add jupyterview to my own JupyterLite on GitHub

Hi!

I'm running my own JupyterLite GitHub page. I added jupyterview to my requirements.txt.

Is this the only step required to add this extension? I took the cow.vtp example, manually uploaded it in my instance https://adtzlr.github.io/felupe-web/lab/index.html - but it loads forever (however, this file works in your instance https://trungleduc.github.io/jupyterview/lab/index.html).

I've seen that you're using an editable install. Is that required?

No, I did this because I want to deploy the main branch.

It looks like this file is missing in your deployment (
https://adtzlr.github.io/felupe-web/lab/extensions/jupyterview/static/itk/WebWorkers/Pipeline.worker.js), it's needed and i can access it in my deployment (https://trungleduc.github.io/jupyterview/lab/extensions/jupyterview/static/itk/WebWorkers/Pipeline.worker.js)

Thanks for the hint! Do I have any idea where this file is generated? Is it part of jupyterview or part of jupyterlite? In the meantime, I tried to manually enable the extension with jupyter labextension enable jupyterview, without success.

it's from JupyterLite, you could generate a JupyterLite site locally and check the /extensions/jupyterview/static/itk/WebWorkers path

I found the file, it's here: https://adtzlr.github.io/felupe-web/extensions/jupyterview/static/itk/WebWorkers/Pipeline.worker.js.

It's located in the top-level directory - not in /lab/. I missed cp -R ./_output/extensions ./_output/lab from your deploy workflow. Now it works, thanks!

Thank you so much for your support @trungleduc! Now I can visualize the result, along with log. strains on the deformed model directly in the browser for my finite elements package. This is such a great extension for jupyter (lite)! ❤️ 💯
