Describe the bug

window中，当下拉框内容多，有滚动条时，滑动到下拉框靠下位置，鼠标再内容移动就会出现滚动情况

Steps to reproduce

1.打开官网demo
2.UpdateValue 事件模块下拉内容
3.滑轮往下滚动，鼠标移动到内容部分，就可以复现
