Provide an example that describes how to customize TLS settings by passing a customized agent to HTTPClient. This is useful to:

Configure trust roots (see Twisted relies on OpenSSL to configure trust roots, resulting in an empty trust store by default on Windows and non-functional HTTPS in treq #94)
Do client certificate authentication (see Doesn't allow passing a contextFactory to Agent. #28, Requests Like Client Certification #285).
🤢 Disable certificate validation (see No easy way to connect to self-signed https ip-only hosts #213).

The example should describe how to use ceritifi as a trust root.
