0.2 release?

I'd like to get another release out there ASAP.

• @mpilquist and I have discussed one for a Skunk branch.
• I have a volunteer to look at finishing my spike on proving out the http4s middleware. It will need propagation.

#149 needs another review (on my list this afternoon) and #162 is close. Anything else to hold the bus for?

For 0.2 I definitely would like to have #162. Nothing else is blocking AFIAK

I'd also like #149, but I had a poop fire of a week. I also hoped to have 0.2 out before @zmccoy's talk tomorrow drives traffic... thoughts?
