Otel4s-java baggage example

Hi, I've been struggling to find an example of writing and reading baggage using otel4s-java. Can anyone point me to docs or a test I can use as an example please

Here is a brief example of using the new BaggageManager: #915.
It will be available in the 0.12.0 release.

That's awesome. Also shows I need to upgrade versions as the one we're using is missing BaggageManager
