Ruby 3.5: logger will no longer be part of the default gems

Hello,

Running ethon on Ruby >= 3.4 leads to this warning:

~.rvm/gems/ruby-3.4.1/gems/ethon-0.16.0/lib/ethon.rb:2: warning: logger was loaded from the standard library, but will no longer be part of the default gems starting from Ruby 3.5.0.
You can add logger to your Gemfile or gemspec to silence this warning.

Possible Solution

Add logger to runtime dependencies. Since ethon supports Ruby >= 2.3, it should be possible to add logger '>= 1.4'
