Issue Description

1. "this only applies to traditional .deb packages." - this is wrong. Should be "this applies to traditional .deb and snap packages only."

2. "Ubuntu uses Launchpad" - this text probably should be changed. Ubuntu contains many packages and some of them prefer github instead of Launchpad for bug tracking.

3. Evidence. For example I have

$ snap list audacity
Name      Version  Rev   Tracking       Publisher      Notes
audacity  3.7.8    1226  latest/stable  snapcrafters✪  -

And I can do ubuntu-bug audacity and it works with github (not Launchpad), example.
