Player stalls when watching lecture captured video #402
When watching https://test.media.cam.ac.uk/media/rqr7Es5360o the player will regularly stop with the buffering wheel showing. This will stick but bumping the video on a tiny amount will make it continue. However it will stop again after a short time.
