Bug summary
After upgrading from v13 to v17 using a clean starter kit project (SQLite), a new stylesheet with a .map extension is automatically generated and displays under the Stylesheet tree. However when I click to open it, the not found message appears.

- Install a clean starter kit project with version 13.11.0
- Upgrade to v17.0.0-beta
- Go to Setting/ Stylesheet page
