Some people are testing out the current spec. We need to make larger changes to the spec so tagging a beta will keep a references for the testers.

@jag3773 I tried tagging the RC Repo but it's not getting re-built or it doesn't like my terminology. I accidentally tagged it as 0.2 not 0.2b1 before so I see the 0.2 on readthedocs but not the corrected version. Can you look at it and fix all my mistakes for me please? :)

I mostly suspect it did not trigger a re-build after pushing up the most recent tag. Running a build should fix the release version to display 0.2b1 instead of 0.2.
