gRPC does not interpolate variables in streaming body

I have checked the following:

• I have searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This bug is:

• making Bruno unusable for me
• slowing me down but I'm able to continue working
• annoying
• this feature was working in a previous version but is broken in the current release.

Describe the bug

When sending a gRPC streaming request, the body (or at least the dynamic variables) is not interpolated. I came across this issue: #5792, but it was closed by the OP. However, I am not sure if the issue was actually resolved or if this might be a regression.
