UI/UX Bug: Modal overlaps popover/tooltip in "New Request" window #7927

I have checked the following:

• I have searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This bug is:

• making Bruno unusable for me
• slowing me down but I'm able to continue working
• annoying
• this feature was working in a previous version but is broken in the current release.

Describe the bug

Description:

When creating a new request, if I hover over the URL input field (or interact with components that trigger popovers/tooltips), the popover content appears behind the "New Request" modal window, making it unreadable or partially obscured.

To Reproduce:

1. Open the "New Request" dialog.
2. Trigger an action that causes a popover or tooltip to appear (specifically when near the bottom/edges of the modal).
3. Observe that the popover/tooltip is rendered underneath the modal's z-index level.

Expected behavior:
The popover/tooltip should have a higher z-index than the modal and be visible to the user.
