Server name & Icon not do not change for 'Add to Home'

Describe the bug

Problem:
Although it has taken effect to the favicon and the <title> of the tab immediately, they don't change the icon nor the name of home screen icon on iPhone and Android.

I tried:

• Clearing cache of the browsers.
• Re-adding the website to home screen.

Steps to reproduce

'Settings' -> 'System' (Admin section) -> 'Edit' (Basic section) -> Specify 'Server name' and 'icon URL'

The version of Memos you're using

v0.24.0
