Describe the bug

From the docs, it seems like hovering over the hashtag next to a tag in the sidebar should turn the hashtag into three dots, and clicking on those allows you to rename and delete a tag. However, it does not work in tree mode.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Hover over the hashtag next to a tag in tree mode
  2. Observe that it doesn't turn into three dots

The version of Memos you're using

v0.24.0
