Option to Enable/Disable memo deletion warning

Problem or Use Case

I often create small memos and delete them to keep my list clean.

The deletion workflow is currently slow : clicking the 3 dots, clicking Delete, and clicking Delete again in the confirmation prompt.

Proposed Solution

I want, in Settings/Admin/Memo, to be able to disable this confirmation prompt to make the workflow faster (with a checkbox).

I am already working on this for my personal self-hosted instance, if you agree I can create a Pull request.
