devel : Chroma Regressions fail with icc17-update 2

Downstream Chroma regression tests (coulgauge, fuzwilp and others) seem to fail for revisions after Commit ID: commit c9d60f1 when using ICC-17 update 2 (/parallel_studio_xe_2017.2.050/). I localized this to the above commit. The commit previous to this seemed fine with chroma master.

The regressions pass with ICC-16update 3 (parallel_studio_xe_2016.3.067), up to the head devel branch -- so I'd use this compiler in production on KNL platforms for now.

I will investigate GCC (which is in most common use on non KNL platforms)
