Describe the bug

We had a person leave a comment via TouchPoints about the Monthly Calls page:

“The in-page nav component doesn't work right. You can't see all of the entries until you reach the bottom of the page

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://designsystem.digital.gov/about/monthly-calls/
  2. Attempt to read the in-page nav on the right
  3. Note that you have to scroll all the way down past the middle well content to the bottom to click on the links (that then jump you up higher on the page).

Expected Behavior

Reduce the length of the links to the Month and Year only.

Change "December 2024: USWDS and Federal Website Standards" to "December 2024"

Note

@thisisdano created a prototype for this change in the dw-mc-titles branch. We should use this design as a starting point.

See related Slack thread for more information.

@dct2023 based on availability and priority, we should bump this to sprint 2025.3 or 2025.4.
