Prevent deletion of a work tree #21
Description
Prevent deletion of a work tree by protecting it through an option in the three dots menu and an indicator icon.
Unprotecting should also be done through the three dots menu.
The use case is to allow the user to keep worktree long-term to run a service such as an MCP server.
