how come the note about ptrace was removed from the docs?

just wondering why this note was removed from the docs:

Note that attaching to a running process may be restricted on some systems. You may need to adjust system configuration to enable it.

i still need to enable ptrace on the latest version of codeLLDB (1.12.0) so i believe this is still an issue worth mentioning.
