bring back win7/10 stye "docked" language bar to win11

Currently in win11, the "docked" option in the language bar settings section is greyed out, so you're forced to use either a floating language bar, or the gibbed "input status indicator" systray icon.
I suggest bring back the "docked" option in the language bar settings section.

The current systray language "bar" hides whenever an RDP window is in focus. When you then click on a systray icon, the bar reappears (always on the rightmost side) and all icons are moved to the left, resulting in a click on the wrong icon. This just keeps happening and annoying me.
The docked language bar was a great solution to this, because it was fixed just left of the systray hidden icons popup.
As far as I know, the only current workaround is to enable the WinXP style desktop language bar. Which is annoying, too. But less. At least to me.
