Restore Windows10 Timeline,legacy Control Center,TabletPC Mode,Windows 10 search and theme background color

for the control center :
open regedit
go to this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
create a new key value and name it Control Center
in that control center key create a new DWORD Value and name it UseLiteLayout and set it to 1
and restart your PC

That's a regular side effect of the UseLiteLayout dword value
To "fix it" keep your theme on light or dark

I am referring to the color of the security interface, which changes with the theme color in Windows 10, but remains fixed as black in Windows 11.😭
