Frame Drop while using Win10 start menu

Describe the bug

Huge Frame Drop when opening the Win10 start menu on Win11 while opening only 1-2 software (Pycharm, Chrome, etc)

Expected outcome

Expected to be smooth since my laptop was just bought 1 month ago and the spec is still new.

Actual outcome

When the PC startup for a while but with 1-2 app opened, the start menu having frame drops when opening. My spec was Ultra 5-226V, Arc 130V with 16GB ram + 512GB ssd

Open up task manager and show the cpu usage while you are using these programs.

Please post laptop brand and model, cpu, gpu, and ram amount in laptop.

Check if there is a bios update available for your laptop as Asus laptops have had crashes to do with the gpu since 2021: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Asus-releases-major-updates-to-ROG-gaming-laptops-with-stuttering-and-performance-interruption-fixes.1126029.0.html

Here's the task manager when I am opening a few apps. My laptop is Asus Vivobook S14 OLED Intel Core Ultra 5-226V, Intel Arc 130V GPU, 16GB ram. BIOS are updated to the latest already.

Uninstall Mem Reduct. Windows can handle memory clean up for you automatically.

I would also uninstall the following:

Wallpaper Engine
Rainmeter

TranslucentTB shouldn't effect it. Although I use NiceTaskBar.

Tried to uninstall mem reduct and disabled wallpaper engine. But the problem still occur.

Did you uninstall RainMeter?

@byliew07 Wallpaper Engine and Rainmeter usually consume a lot of system resources that's mostly the reason why about the animation framedrops
