Description
Do you think we should use tags or something similar for skipping tests based on other-server version? The benefit is we can count the skipped tests in ::num_skipped, similar to how we do for tests that are skipped based on tags.
A slightly similar test framework feature is the ongoing PR for skipping IPv6 tests if the machine doesn't support IPv6: #2674
