[NEW] More atomic slot migration stats #2725
Description
In CLUSTER GETSLOTMIGRATIONS output:
- slot-migration-output-buffer-size: to monitor how close the slot migration is to client output buffer limits/threshold to continue migration
In server stats:
- active-slot-migrations: a count of active slot migrations can be computed from CLUSTER GETSLOTMIGRATIONS, but would be nice to see at the server level as well
- aborted-slot-migrations: similar to above
- completed-slot-migrations: similar to above
