Back arrow from alarm editing doesn't warn on saving

Describe the bug
When you edit an alarm, and then you click the back arrow in the top left corner, it exits without saving and without alerts.
It often misleads you into thinking you have successfully edit the alarm.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on an alarm
2. edit something
3. click on the back arrow on the top left corner
4. you're back on the home screen, and the modifications are gone

Expected behavior
A warning message, as when you use the system back method of the phone.
Or, maybe better, an "implicit saving", as when you click the save button, leaving only the "cancel" button to discard edits.
Or the removal of the arrow, leaving only the two "save" and "cancel" buttons
