Grey screen when opening tag selection for default alarm if no tags created

Describe the bug
If you delete all tags and then try to click on the tag selection in the default alarm settings menu, you get greeted with a grey screen.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > General > Tags
2. Delete all existing Tags
3. Go to Settings > Alarm > Default Settings > Tags

Expected behavior
Normal tag view with option to create new tags.
