Change covizu redirect link on homepage dropdown from old link to new link (https://filogeneti.ca/covizu/index.html)

Acceptance Criteria

As a visitor
I Should be able to click on covizu dropdown
and it should redirect me to new website (https://filogeneti.ca/covizu/index.html)
