Unable to upload clinical files due to Internal server error #70

Description

Issue on clinical submission fails to upload files .fasta and a .tsv, it results on an invalid submission, getting some records with status Internal Server Error and others on QUEDED, attaching a screenshot:

Checked S3 bucket permissions. Bucket exists and credentials has write privilege.

Issue solved: Added IP address of S3 server into Muse egress
