Manage Studies page broken

Description

Currently the manage studies page is broken.

As a user with wastewater admin access
i need to see manage studies page and able

• a) create a study and
• b) add a submitter.

This Studies page will show studies based on the User permission. i.e if i have access to all modules of Data portal i should se all studies, else i should see only wastewater or clinical study based on wastewater or clinical access respectively.

• Set right credentials for EGO application study-svc
