Change Element Vis Behavior

Element Visses currently have fixed with and wrap around when two fit on the screen.

The window needs to be pretty big to wrap them though, and we currently have a lot of not-so-pretty whitespace.

I'd suggest to:

• Make the width of all element visses adapt with window width
• Always keep them in the same row (no wrapping)
• Keep the height static

Needs further discussion. I'm not sure how well this will work with the vega interactivity as well as general appearance.

Play around with making the plots bigger (keep square for now but rectangular may be preferable; send image) and making the default width a bit narrower; goal is to eliminate whitespace. Also, fix the table title buttons at narrow widths
