Issue:
Naturally having a bald hairstyle doesn't count as being "bald" for the purposes of using the "tough" E.G.O. and interactions with "you're bald".
I'd like to see a PR that consolidates the system currently used, which I believe only checks for a quirk or trait, with the actual bald hairstyle. Additionally, you shouldn't be able to remove the bald trait by simply going to a bathroom mirror. Add some hair tonic or something, IDK.
Reproduction:
Be bald and try to equip tough.
Be told you aren't bald enough.
