Request to be a member of Volcano community

Hello, members of Volcano community. In the last couple of months, I contributed on the volcano/dashboard project. I tried to improve the developers experience, made necessary changes to make the project production ready and fixed bugs/ vulnerabilities at regular intervals. I learned a lot through the process specially in kubernetes and git. I hope to become a member of the community and make more contribution.
