Use cases

  • downloading a theme for devices not on internet
  • VSCodium

I've manually entered URLs in a browser based off of this code & it works, though I replaced {version} with latest, & the downloaded file is always named with a generic Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.VSIXPackage
