New timeline component

This is a request for a new component. Would it be possible to create a timeline component a possible. A screencap has been attached here.

Maybe the vertical stepper module could be modified to get this. The stepper does not have the option to change the design or style of the step indicator.

I was thinking about this component. I will try to implement something related to this, but I can't promise any eta. :D
