Initial load should pin exact latest versions

In order to have valid reproductions the intial load should pin the currently latest version instead of latest.

I thin we should rebuild the playground for every vueuse major and pin the intial vue version to the current major version. That way we dont need to wait at runtime (we still update options async). Even if we are late with syncing the playground it should still be possbile to use the version select for new versions.

For vue updates we should maybe also just default to the current major
