First 2 characters of command from history

Describe the bug

Don't know why the terminal always adds the first 2 characters to the command when the command is executed and hence when loaded from history (by cmd+R), the first 2 characters are always duplicated which is kind of annoying.

To reproduce

Try search / reload command on MacOS cmd+R

Expected behavior

Just load the original command

I had the same problem. But the scenario I have is when I use CMD+V to paste commands.

I only had to press the up key to get the duplicated characters back
