Test suits: waspc-test fail due to Windows EOF

This is an issue for the PR #3020

Describe the bug
waspc-test and waspls-test fail when using wasp on native Windows.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Clone commit 04193ae
• Run test on native Windows

cabal test waspc-test

cabal test waspls-test

Expected behavior
No errors. All tests pass.

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11 (Build 10.0.26100)
• Cabal 3.12.1.0
• Stack 3.3.1
• HLS 2.10.0.0
• GHC 8.10.7 (base-4.14.3.0)
