[Feature]: To be able to download all Resources #317

Context
There's the Resources tab on an archive that nicely lists all the urls. And there's a nice filter/search function on it.
What change would you like to see?
I would like to be able to download all the resources displayed, e.g. if i filter by all pdf's with a search and then want to save them all to disk.
Why? the files are listed there, just need a way to save them all.
The command line tools for working with warc files are disappointing me, old versions, errors etc.
This would be the easiest and quickest way.
Requirements
- Allow download of displayed resources on the resources screen.
