[Task]: Only filter by browser profiles in use

### Description

The browser profile workflow filter currently shows all profiles as options, even if the profile is not in use. Only profiles in use should be available as options to prevent users from selecting options that will return 0 results.

### Context

The API doesn't currently support an `inUse` filter, we could either filter on the frontend or add a backend filter.
