Feature Request: Allow SyncConnectionWrapper to be unwrapped

This is much like #213 (I believe), but for the SyncConnectionWrapper.

Use case:

• I create a SqliteConnection
• While the SqliteConnection is still sync, do some preliminary setup (running pragmas, adding instrumentation)
• Wrap the SqliteConnection in SyncConnectionWrapper
• Run the main loop of my app for a while
• Get the SqliteConnection back out of the wrapper
• Do some teardown stuff (running pragmas, mainly)

Right now I can of course run the pragmas, but only through the async interface, because SyncConnectionWrapper doesn't offer a way to unwrap. And that's just not as tidy as I'd like it to be.
