Issues w Developer mode

hi this is a weird issue but i've been using the Spotify for a while, but about a week ago when I tried to update it, it said the app didn't have permissions. I recently updated to ios 26 and i've toggled developer mode a couple times but it is just not letting me use it. any solutions?
