File names with spaces aren't escaped properly

Tried out tocdown on a file with a title like so "Test file name.txt" and I get Ruby errors for the fact that "Test" file doesn't exist.

Just seems that the file name needs to be escaped to support spaces.

Hi @grantlucas thanks for using the plugin and for the error report. Good point, I normally don't use whitespaces in filenames. Will try to fix and make you happy :).
