There is no layout engine support for "dot"

Problem

For plainly installed graphviz-packages, running dot will lead to the following error:

There is no layout engine support for "dot"
Perhaps "dot -c" needs to be run (with installer's privileges) to register the plugins?

Running dot -c as root indeed fixes this issue, maybe this should be added as a install step?

If I read https://gitlab.com/graphviz/graphviz/-/merge_requests/1581/diffs correctly, dot -c should be called by cmake during build. Not really a c-guy here, so I do know why this is not called for wolfi (but worked for alpine)
