HADS (https://github.com/catcam/hads) is a Markdown tagging convention for writing documentation that works for both human readers and AI models. Four semantic tags: [SPEC] (facts for AI), [NOTE] (context for humans), [BUG] (verified failures), [?] (unverified).

The skill teaches Claude to automatically apply HADS when writing or converting technical docs — reducing token consumption and hallucination risk by separating signal from narrative.

Hey @catcam — thanks for checking in before submitting, and nice work on the SKILL.md. I took a look at it and it's well-structured — the semantic tagging concept is practical, the reading/generating/validating sections give Claude concrete behaviors to follow, and the example interactions are solid.

I'd welcome a PR for this. To get it into the marketplace, you'll need to wrap it in the standard plugin structure:

You'll also need to add an entry to the root .claude-plugin/marketplace.json — follow the format of existing entries. Category "documentation" would be the natural fit.

Your SKILL.md frontmatter looks good as-is. Take a look at any existing plugin (e.g., plugins/document-skills/) for a working reference on the full structure.
