Paulstretch

As the title suggests, I think a Paulstretch would be nice. Delay or not it feels like it would fit.

Assuming that there is a library or LV2 plugin somewhere that does this it is something to consider. At this moment I do not have the knowledge to create one myself.

We don't have any pitch shifting nor time stretching plugin yet. Moreover, we target on tools which may be used for live audio processing while Paulstretch looks like a tool which stretches the sound in offline. Because it changes the length of the original audio, it can not be applied to a live stream.

I see. I imagined that it would not be trivial when I read what Paulstretch is. If I remember well @Redeoux asked for this because it seems to be one of the ways to achieve a specific kind of echo effect #4824. I wonder if Paulstrech really is the best tool to mimic the effect a DJ does with his hands in a LP disk. The effect seems to last no more than one second.

Aww it was worth a shot, anyways. How about a manual gain? The automatic gain just doesn't work for me, and my microphone does not have a gain dial.

All plugins have input and output gain controls. They can be used for manual gain control.
