Missing jpeg includes

I get build errors from missing includes:

include "jinclude.h"

include "jpeglib.h"

include "jdct.h"

which are not present or am I missing something obvious?

No probs I just needed the FFT stuff but noticed the JPEG issue when
building the repo.
