1-133: Fix placeholders, duplicate pledge, spacing, and bare URLs in CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
- Replace placeholder contact entries at lines 65 and 67 ([email protected] / "Maintainer contact information to be added") with a real enforcement contact or a clear private-reporting process.
- Remove the duplicated "We, as members, contributors, and leaders of the DocPilot community, pledge" paragraph so the pledge appears only once.
- Remove the extra space at line 8 ("ways that" → "ways that").
- Replace bare URLs at lines 124 and 128 with proper markdown links or reference-style links and consolidate Contributor Covenant attribution (choose a single version—don’t include both v3.0 and v2.0 lines).

Deduplicate “Our Pledge” and fix stray double-space.
You’ve got the pledge twice (Lines 5–9 and 10–13). Also there’s a double-space after “ways”. Keep the v3.0 wording once and trim the extra space.
- We pledge to **act and interact in ways** that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
