nb todo - done date

I would like to store the done date.
And be able to display "todo" ordered by done date.

@flbla Thanks for the issue and the pull request. I've been thinking about this a bit to determine a good implementation.

Notably, I like various aspects of the todo.txt format and lean toward adapting some of those ideas to the nb format. The main difference / incompatibility is that nb uses markdown titles starting with # [ ] for uncompleted todos and # [x] for completed todos, but other than that, everything else is theoretically transferrable.

I'm currently hung up on the Completion Date and Creation Date in the todo.txt format. In the todo.txt format, both dates are side-by-side, and the creation date is required if there's a completion date. I don't fully understand why that's necessary yet from a functional standpoint. I feel that creation dates are less important and would prefer to have done dates without creation dates, but I'm assuming there are usability or sorting considerations behind their design that I have to learn about. I like the key:value format they use for additional metadata, such as due:2027-01-01. I like that everything is on a single line, which we could also do with the markdown title.

Those are just my thoughts so far. I'm still reviewing this.
